This Is A House Of Vision

Two people can face the same circumstances and see two completely different futures. The difference isn’t what’s in front of them. It’s the lens they’re looking through. Today we begin our new series, This Is a House Of. In Part 1, we look at what it means to be a house of vision: a church that doesn’t just have vision, but develops people of vision. From the twelve spies who saw the same giants but walked away with opposite conclusions, to Abraham, Noah, Joshua and Caleb, this message shows how citizens of heaven see their lives through the promises of God instead of the size of their problems. How citizens of heaven live with vision: 1 We see differently 2 We believe bigger 3 We live intentionally 4 We build generationally What do you see when you look at your marriage, your children, your calling and your future? If everything you’re believing for can happen without God, your vision may be too small. This message is an invitation to see beyond what is, believe for what could be, live with purpose today, and build something that will outlast you. Since 1932, people at Citizen Church have been building on a future someone else had the faith to imagine. Now it’s our turn to build for the generations who are coming. Scripture: Ephesians 2:19–22 · Numbers 13:30–33 · Philippians 3:13–14, 18–20 · 2 Corinthians 5:7 · Hebrews 11:7–8 · Ephesians 3:20
